Complete renovation of existing BX Mart. All new visual merchandising, interior finishes, fixtures, and lighting concepts were implemented. Deli and bakery areas were added. Building systems including all mechanical, roofing, coolers, freezers, and refrigeration systems were replaced. Most plumbing and some electrical were also upgraded. All construction was phased to allow the facility to remain fully operational during construction.
