THE SOLARIUM
The Solarium is a 3 level 178,000 sf atrium office building, completed in 1979. A separate garage is set into a hill. The building cladding is natural green slate from England.

MANITOBA SPORTS FEDERATION
The Manitoba Sports Federation Headquarters, a developer competition, consists of a 7 level 125,000 square foot building with 3 levels of underground parking. The ground level includes retail, banking, restaurant, and atrium lobby. The second level consists of Sports Federation meeting rooms, which overlook the atrium. The third level forms a deck for Sports Federation use. The upper levels provide offices for the Sports Federation and two levels for speculative rental space. The structure consists of load bearing precast concrete walls with free spanning concrete double tee floor decks. The project was completed in 1990. Frank Key was responsible for design, contract documents, and contract administration for the project.

OAK-LAWN FAIRMOUNT
The Oak Lawn-Fairmount Building is a 6-story 45,000 sf mixed-use facility. A retail mall anchors the building lobby at the ground level. Above, there are 5 levels of office space each with decks overlooking downtown. The building cladding is Italian ceramic tile on prefabricated metal panels. There are 3 level of underground parking.

FROST FINANCIAL CENTER
The Frost Financial Center master plan, on 4 city blocks in San Antonio, includes 3 office buildings, banking lobby, large plaza looking toward the River Walk, 2,000 car parking garage, and a 30 lane drive-in bank. Building cladding is granite on precast. Frank Key was project designer.
