Project: The Middle School is designed to have outstanding natural light entering from different places and concentrated on at least two sides of the project. Interior and exterior materials consist of colored split-faced CMU, green tint glazing, and standing seam roofs.

The WISD telecommunications building provides state of the art communications including a TV studio and an internet hub for the district. The board room includes 2 computerized large format rear projection screens. It is also a training facilities which high technology lecture rooms for training of district employees.

The Weslaco equine facility consist of a regulation show horse arena, seating for 700 spectators, restrooms, concessions and teaching lab. mayor materials include colored split face CMU, steel roof structure, galvalume metal roof and aluminum bleachers.

The project consists of a 350-foot-long mall with an 8" clerestory facing north with 17 interior palm trees. All spaces are flooded with natural light from at least two sides. The mall floor is a dual-color stained concrete. The construction cost includes 10 classrooms with computer furniture, and fully furnished labs, for nutrition, cosmetology, nursing, and apparel. The project included a new Campus master plan with building concepts including a gymnasium, cafeteria, classroom buildings, science labs, dormitories, student center, and a chapel addition, providing the vision for current and future growth for the next 50 years.
