EDCOUCH ELSA I.S.D. NEW MIDDLE SCHOOL 

The project consists of a 700 foot long mall with an 8 foot clerestory facing north, filled with 33 interior palm trees. All spaces are flooded with natural light from at least two sides. The construction cost includes site work, 33 classrooms, full gymnasium with dressing rooms, cafeteria with state of the art kitchen equipment, all science and computer lab equipment, which is based on Texas high school criteria. Exterior on interior materials include colored split faced cmu, green tinted glazing, and standing seam roofs.
